Location: Hluhluwe-Imfolozi Park, covering some 96 000 ha, is an amalgamation of the former Hluhluwe and Umfolozi Game Reserves and as such offers visitors an astonishing diversity of fauna and flora.

Imfolozi, the southern component of the park, lies west of the town of Mtubatuba. Larger mammals to be seen include buffalo, blue wildebeest, zebra, giraffe, and elephan. In excess of 300 species of birds have been recorded.
