Location: Mashatu Game Reserve is a private reserve situated in the Tuli Block in the remote eastern corner of Botswana.

Although less popular as a safari destination than Botswana's Moremi Game Reserve and Chobe National Park, the area is nevertheless home to an abundance of wildlife. In addition to large herds of elephants (for which Mashatu is renowned), predators such as lion, leopard, cheetah, and hyena are attracted by large numbers of migrating wildebeest, kudu, eland, and impala.
