Unless otherwise indicated, photographs on this website may be downloaded and printed for personal use only.

They may also be used by legitimate "not-for-profit" organisations for educational or conservation purposes.

If used on a "not-for-profit" web site as stipulated above, a link back to this site is required.

Printing of the photographs or downloading and storing on a computer or other storage device for any other purposes, including for use for art reference, is not permitted and is illegal. Copyright infringement is a serious offence. Please note also that I check regularly for unauthorized use of photos on the Web using Web Photo Search.

For anyone wanting to use pictures on their own web sites, even if they do genearate income, or as reference for art and crafts, please make use of the free pictures that are now offered specifically for that purpose.
