Wildlife Pictures Online - Wildlife Art Survey and Questionnaire

Wildlife Art Survey and Special Offer

Please Note: This survey has now ended. Thank you to all those who participated - your feedback is important and will assist us in tailoring this site to better serve your needs and requirements.

If you're a wildlife artist, please could you spare a few minutes and complete the survey below?

In return for your time and expertise, I'd like to offer you a free copy of the Safari Collection Virtual CD that normally sells for $14.95. The downloadable CD contains 50 African wildlife photographs that can be used as reference for artwork and many other uses. To see what images are included, plus other relevant details, click here (will open in new browser window).

After you've completed the survey, you'll receive an email with the download link to the CD - so please do provide a valid email address.

If you've previously purchased the Safari Collection CD, kindly contact me and I'll provide an alternative of equivalent value.

For statistical purposes, certain fields must be filled in. Your co-operation in answering as accurately as possible would be appreciated. Apologies that we have to have a "graphics challenge" on the form, but spammers are even using questionnaires like this to peddle their junk.
