High Res Stock Pictures for Download

Although my original intention was to rotate the pictures by adding fresh ones at regular intervals, I have not been able to do this.

Rather than promise a service I can't maintain, I will not be adding any further images. The three pictures below will however not be removed, so can still be downloaded at no charge and used royalty-free. (Please see below for any restrictions on use).

However, instead of adding a couple of medium to hi-res pictures on an ad hoc basis, I've decided instead to offer a much larger number of images, but of smaller size, that can be downloaded and used for personal or commercial purposes at no cost.

More About Royalty-Free Images
Please understand that photographs are intellectual property and as such the ownership of the picture remains with the photographer. What is being granted is a licence - in this case a royalty-free license - to use the picture.

This entitles you to use the pictures an unlimited number of times in (nearly) unlimited ways, including:

• in print publications, including advertising or promotional material
• on websites
• in multimedia presentations
• as the basis for creating your own art, whether digital or traditional
