This photo is of a female Saddlebilled Stork - the eyes have a bright yellow iris with black pupil, as opposed to the dark-brown iris of the male. These striking birds are unmistakable because of the large red and black bill topped at the base with a bright yellow "saddle". A couple of variations of this photo are available should you prefer a different angle.
