Wildlife Photography Blog - the spot for site updates plus photography and conservation news, views, and opinions

Date: Tuesday, 12 October 2004.
A new article, with pictures, has been added to the Wildlife Info section describing how a giraffe, using its long tongue, is able to pluck tiny green leaflets from twigs and branches covered with vicious thorns.

Nothing dramatic - certainly not like one of the big cats stalking and bringing down an antelope - but fascinating nevertheless. Hey, we all have to eat - for some it's more mundane than for others. If you're interested, here's the article: Giraffe Adds Tasty Morsels to its Daily Diet.
